PT4 not working

hi,
i was playing my session when hud freezes in some tables, and in the following sngs the hud came not to appear even. i tried to stop importing hands to stop pt4 but i was unable to do it without using the taskbar, i was waiting for 5 or 10 minutes before doing this.
i restarted my computer and update pt4 to the latest version and the problem continues, i opened a new table and hud didn' t start also in the "active tables" box still appears like 10 tables or so running, which they were ongoing when the problem originated.
It also seems that the last 10 games not shown on the graph. i should make a back up or something similar?
i need to fix this asap.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Hello .i have the same problems since 10 days . PT4 freeze during the import , when you play more than 6 tables , i have to switch off and switch on few times . ( 4.5 times ).
i ve uninstalll pt4 and re install , this is the same thing , i have 2 computers , one with windows 8.1 and the other with winndows 10 , i have the same probleme.
