HUD not Updating

I was asked via support to uninstall Postgres and install a new version to fix my damaged database. I was given step by step instructions on completing this. During my 1st HUD test with the new Postgres software, my HUD does not update despite hands being imported. All players at the table show stats for the 1st hand while my stats remain blank. My HUD does update after some time but does not update again after this.

I have contacted support about this issue but while I'm awaiting a response, is there any quick fix I can try?

Is your poker site installed in English? If not you will need to set it to English in order for the table to be detected properly.
