(my englisch ist bad, sorry!)
i have a problem. when i click "geht hands while playing" is the tracker loading and comes "does not react",
has the problem someone? i use mac.

Please enable logging via "Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled". Next restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system along with your PokerTracker4.log file so that we can see what is going on.
