Call vs EP/MP Open doesn't work

Postby Chabi » Thu May 26, 2016 10:15 pm

Hi,

I've imported the Call vs EP/MP Open stats from the Warehouse and I've set the Position on a Pop-up, for the Call CO vs EP, SB vs EP and so and the stats doesn't appear, only a dash.

Thanks in advance.

Those stats appear to be working OK for me like that. If you have a hand which you think is miscounted please attach it to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread and we'll investigate for you.

Hi again, I'm attaching an image that shows the point.

It isn't a hand in particular, but all the hands involved in that spot. Moreover, when I put the pointer on the dash, should it show the name stat, right?

Thank you.

I rectify my last post. The stats work, but it takes like about 5 minutes to show them for a 4k hands sample (50-100 cases of each Call opportunity). So... what can I do? :? Rebuild full cache? Delete the oldest hands? By the way, I don't know the DB size, only "N/A" in description, but I created it at November 2015.

My computer is an i7 with 8 Gb of RAM.

Thank you.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your log we can tell you if a cache rebuild is required.
