Not full HH in a PT4 replayer

Hi guys, never used to have this problem before, but i run in to it offten enough now days... If i wanna look at my gme from previous day i can't see all my HH of that turnament, even if i do "show all hands". when i look at procesed file, all of the hands are there, but not in replayer.. any idea what's up with that? txnks in advance.

Double click into any of those tournaments and then make sure where it says "Show Marked Hands Only" does not have a check mark. If that doesn't fix it, click on the drop down referring to Tags - click to uncheck any that have a check mark so that it says "0 Tags Selected". If that doesn't fix it, right click in the big white box, click Configure Report then click Restore to Default and that should get everything back for you.
