Problem

Hello,
When I imported some pokerstars hands today (~200k) i get an error now:

these errors only appear when i open my player stats

but there is also a 3rd error

moreover i dont unterstand one thing:
when i go to the tab "hands" from a player, pt says that there are 131 hands of him and he won $1,2k. but when i got to the tab "positions" of the same player, pt says i have 5,7176k hands from him and he lost -450. and also the graph of this player shows that i have 5k hands and he lost -450.

Have you set any filters?
If so, there should be a link at the bottom of the General tab explaining why you get the different stats.

Try setting a date filter to filter out today's hands and see if you still get the same problem.

Sorry, re-reading your OP, it looks like you just did a manual import of a lot of old hands - is that correct?

Let's see if we can work out where the problem is by filtering out some hands.
Please try using the Filters button and select one level at a time, and see if you only get the problem for certain game levels.

yes i imported some old hands but they were from the 13th july 2008. so not vvery old.

the filter thing...
sometimes a level works but sometimes it doesnt.
nl100sh never work
nl100fr sometimes work
nl50-HU always works
... ???

edit: ok also nl50HU doesnt work always.
btw: is it normal that i always have to clear filters if i want to choose another filter?

What do you mean by "nl100fr sometimes work"?
Sometimes when you filter to that level you see stats, sometimes you get the error?

Are the hand history files you imported from separated by limit?
IF so, please zip up one of the levels that doesn't work, or a few files from it at least, and attach it to our Support system , and link to this thread, so that we can investigate.

i only imported nl100sh hands. but as i already mentioned the error also appears at nl50.

You mean that this recent import was only of NL100 hands, and that's what caused the problem?
In that case, please zip and attach the recently imported files.
