hud stats not comming up

as soon as the pt icon and stats come up, i have to click to set as 6max so the stats go to the right place...
as soon as I do that, they disappear, and dont come back.
the only thing that i have on the tables is the pt icon, and the little pictures of cards after the hand is done, but no stats.

If you use the "adjust qualifying tables limits" option on the auto import window then you shouldn't need to set it on the table.
What site are you playing at?
If you're not using Beta 14, please update.
Download and install PT3.

Any ideas why when I have checked "Retrieve Session Stats for Tool Tips" (What do these words mean anyway), I have stats displayed for the session, otherwise, I have no stats displayed?

Actually, it seems whatever I do, I only get session stats?!

Your own stats will only ever be for the current session/table - this is by design, and is intended to show your current table image.
Other players' stats should be 'lifetime'.

Ive had PT3 for 3 months and I have read all the documentation, and everytime I try to get stats to show up, they do not, so I still use PT2 and PAHUD.
