New install of PT4

I have had an installation of HM2 and DriveHUD - I am going to install PokerTracker4 and I want to know if it will use the same database or do I need to point it to the database manually?? I know I have Posgresql 8.4. But I am not going to pretend that I know more than that. If anyone can post the steps I need to follow so I can access my hands I will be grateful.

We have a guide for converting a Holdem Manager database here.

Thank you, I am just going to go for it. I have checked the guide and I think I am OK, I am going to back up the database, so what can go wrong?? Lol
