Popup Stats not appear after adding many stats

Hi,

PT doesnt load my stats in the popups after I made many new stats/popups. Now even the popups that worked before dont work anymore. I did database management but at chache rebuild got the following Error:
Unable to rebuild cache.
Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: tables can have at most 1600 columns )
Please advise.

There is a PostgreSQL restriction on the number of columns in a table so you will need to restrict the number of custom columns which are cached to around 1,600. Each custom column has a "Cache" checkbox - you can turn this off to prevent a column from being cached (those disabled will take longer to return data as they need to be calculated on the fly) and you will need to reduce the number of cached columns to less than 1,600 (possibly around 1,585). The easiest way to check how many columns you are currently using is to use PGAdmin III, browse to your database's tables and look at the tourney_custom_cache (or cash_custom_cache) table in the Schemas -> Public section.

I cannot find the number of cached columns in pgAdmin III. Here are screenshots:

I unchecked cache on many columns but I get the same error. Any hint where to find the number of cached columns?

I just need to uncheck more columns I guess. Thanks for the help!

Still didnt find how many columns I use, but I got the number down so cache is rebuilding, ust 36hrs left.. Cheers

You need to expand the cash_custom_cache (or tourney_custom_cache) table and then you will see the number of columns being used like this.

Found it! Thanks. It says "Columns (776)", so I can put around 800 more in cache? It feels a bit laggy already..

I still dont get any stats from my popups. Does it help to delete some columns even if they are not in cache?

If you've done a full cache rebuild since your last changes then please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble so that we can investigate that for you. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder:

Does it help to delete some columns even if they are not in cache?

If they are not cached and not being used that won't help.
