POSTGRES AND POKERTACKER ON MACOS CATALINA ( PERMISSIONS DO

Good afternoon.
Im having issues with postgres and Pokertracker since i have updated to Catalina. As i followed POKERTRACKER instructions, it was supposed to give permission to pokertracker app on the recording screen on the system preferences but it will not appear the option. I have a friend who had the same problem and has the same MACbookpro and he had the option pokertracker on screen recording, so he made it. I already uninstalled/installed pokertracker and postgres and still the same problem. How can i have the Pokertracker option available on screen recording? Or any other way to solve this issue?

Start PokerTracker 4 and select the 'File --> Open User Data Folder' menu option. Close PokerTracker 4, go into the 'Config' folder and open the 'PokerTracker.cfg' file with TextEdit. This file should contain a line like this:

RequestedPermissions=Y

change that to:

RequestedPermissions=N

Save the change, restart PokerTracker 4 and let me know if it prompts you to enable screen recording again.

Flag_hippo , i can´t even open Pokertracker4 , shows me the image2 ( i select ignore button ) , than shows me this (image3) , i click configure than it shows image4 , i click "cancel" (image4) , than image 5 , image6 , i click "yes" and it shows image7.

Meanwhile, i already got the permissions to enable. i did what u recommended and made it! Now the only problem is this, as i start Pokertracker it appears the message on the screen , it has to do with password authentication ..

You mentioned that you reinstalled PostgreSQL so you will need to use the password that you specified when you reinstalled it. If you cannot remember it then try this:

1. Run the Terminal application found at /Applications/Utilities/Terminal.

2. Type:

sudo nano /Library/PostgreSQL/x.y/data/pg_hba.conf

Type in your OS X administrator password if requested. This will start the Nano text editor inside of the Terminal window (x.y refers to the PostgreSQL version you have installed e.g. 9.6, 10.11)

3. Use the down arrow key to scroll to the bottom of the file to replace all instances of the word md5, with the word trust.

4. Click CTRL+O to save the file, then CTRL+X to exit the text editor.

5. Restart your computer to enable the changes.

6. PokerTracker 4/PostgreSQL will accept any password now.

If PokerTracker 4 still doesn't start then press/hold the "Alt/Option" key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging and then send us your PokerTracker and PostgreSQL log files to us in a Support Ticket where a technician can provide further assistance:
