Ignition Hand Grabber not recognizing cash tables

The subject says it all.

I've had pretty much no problems with the Ignition Hand Grabber for a few months now. However, one day I tried to use PT4 and the hand grabber would not recognize that I have any tables open.

I already tried reinstalling PT4 and Ignition Hand Grabber, and this still did not fix the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not currently able to test this myself and it's possible that Ignition have released an update which causes problems, but I haven't seen any other reports of this yet, so please follow these directions so that we can check your logs and see what is going on.

Enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Open a single table and play a few hands.
When you sit out go to File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
In the window that opens go to the Logs folder and compress all of the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files).
Also include the hand history file from the session.
Attach the zipped files to a Support Ticket so that we can see what is going on.
