PokerStars Zoom HUD Issue

Hello PokerTracker,

I don't know if my troubles come from the last software update I did a few days ago because I used to play with the .19 version without any problem but now my HUD doesn't work properly anymore on ACR (Blitz Poker) and also on Stars. I tried to play this morning with 4 regular CG tables + 1 Zoom table and it was impossible to have any HUD on Zoom despite the hands are well imported.

HUD was fine on regular tables but on Zoom, as soon as I sit out a few seconds and went back, the HUD didn't work anymore : it remains with the last hand players and nothing moves anymore. I've tried everything, restarting HUD, changing HUD profile, restarting PokerStars and PokerTracker but I always had this issue. I used to play only in Zoom recently (on 3 tables) and didn't have any problem with my HUD even after sitting out during a long time.

So what's wrong with PokerTracker at the moment ? This is so annoying !

If you are using the new Aurora graphics engine on PokerStars and play a mix of regular and Zoom tables the PokerStars software stops writing the files that we need to display the HUD on Zoom tables. If you restart PokerStars and play only Zoom then the HUD should work and until PokerStars fix this problem the only other option is to disable Aurora (Settings -> Table Appearance -> Table Graphics). If that's not the problem then please report this to us in a Support Ticket with a screenshot and your log file:

Thank you Flag Hippo for the reply. So the problem does come from PokerStars because I'm using Aurora. Unfortunately, I don't think it's still possible to go back to the old version of PokerStars. Now that you have Aurora, you can't go back. This is so sick...

I never suggested using an old version of PokerStars. As I mentioned in my original reply you can disable Aurora in the PokerStars client via 'Settings -> Table Appearance -> Table Graphics'. Do you not have that option?

Yes it is now impossible to disable Aurora ! I don’t have « Table Graphics » option. I think it’s because PokerStars wants 100% of their players to play on Aurora in the next weeks so they have disabled the possibility to go back for several countries already like Belgium and Denmark for example...
