ignition hand grabber is not working

Ignition hand grabber not working. I uninstalled and reinstalled both Ignition and Pokertracker4 to no effect.

Ignition have updated their software which has broken the Hand Grabber. The development team are working on a fix and this will be made available as soon as possible.

Same issue. Ignintion hand grabber not working as of 10/28/20. Looking forward to fix/update.
