you're welcome, but it still doesn't work. All the players who sent a ticket to support received the same message:
"Hello,
We pushed out an update today to resolve the SNAP HUD issue with the recent 888 client update. Please restart PokerTracker, a file should auto download and your SNAP HUD should work once again.
Best regards,"There is no new version, and there is no one who has managed to fix it. however, the holdem manager 3 works perfectly.
